Print and submit signed policy. Please include with your shipment. PPBS POLICIES: 1. Art work in appearance and structure is guaranteed for one (1) year. Guarantee is void when the restored/repaired piece/s are sold or given to a third (3rd) party. 2. Restored/repaired piece/s are finalized with air-dry finishes and will not discolor unless subjected to direct sunlight or heat. Crystal/glass are repaired with UV resins cured by a UV lamp, color pigments are added if needed. 3. Our studio does not restore dinnerware for food related purposes to include eating, drinking, serving or cooking. 4. Insurance for fire, theft, breakage and all other perils are the clients' responsibility. Insurance should be purchased for its full value while in transit and while in our studio. 5. A deposit of fifty (50%) percent is required on restorations/repairs of $150.00+ and full payment is required for restorations/repairs of less than $150.00 upon acceptance. The balance is due including return shipping fees prior to piece/s being shipped and within thirty (30) days from the completion of art work. 6. If work order estimate is rescinded, client is responsible for a $40.00 handling fee and return shipping fees. If restoration/repair has been started, completed and/or client decides to have the process reversed, a $45.00/hour fee will be applied. Client understands if the process is reversed, there may be additional damage to the piece/s depending on what it is comprised of and/or the methods/techniques used to restore/repair. Client understands if payment, partial or otherwise, has been received, although work order estimate has not been signed and/or returned, this represents clients' acceptance for services rendered. 7. Restored/repaired pieces not paid for within thirty (30) days after notification or in-house assessments awaiting approval after the expiration date of estimate, are subject to a storage fee of $1.00 per day. After ninety (90) days it will be presumed that you have abandoned your piece/s and it will be disposed of unless prior written arrangements have been received.
